Located in Brisbane, surrounded by glamorous shops and cafes is The Calile Hotel. I was feeling spontaneous and decided to book a room for the night for the price of $300, it is fair to say this was money well spent as I didn’t want to leave!
Let me just say the hotel has lived up to its expectation in providing an authentic chic vibe. I was fortunate enough to have a pool side view room with a large balcony. The room itself is spectacular and beautifully designed. My room had pink walls, cork floors, pink marble benches and copper detailing throughout the whole room (omg). The views from the balcony were incredible, can we please just take a moment to appreciate the blackout blinds … okay thank you.
Now this is just the room, can we please not forget one massive feature making The Calile Hotel great, the pool, dah! The pool area is to die for. Perfect for relaxing and tanning, The Calile Hotel pool features striped umbrellas with tanning beds and also has cabanas which provide more privacy whilst overlooking the glistening pool. Whilst your working up your summer glow by the pool, there is a restaurant which is located on the same level right next to the umbrellas and cabanas. The restaurant is called Helenika and they offer a poolside menu and oh my gosh I highly recommend the zucchini chips (they will blow your mind – trust me.)
